So, 425 is like a bastard child area code that covers all the area that 206 would not stoop to cover. But I think that 425 is *cooloer* than 206 because it is fresh and all over the place. Haha, smelly 206ers are stuck in themiddle and cant expand. If you've seen a map then you know that 425 can cover Everett as well as Maple Valley.
I am in Renton, and I dont have to go on the freeway to get to my work in Factoria. Where are you? What's good about where you're at?

Thu, January 22, 2004 - 10:56 PMI live in Bellvue (Newport Hills actually) and work in Tukwila.
This means I get to drive south on 405 in the morning AGAINST all of the traffic! MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
I laugh at all of you crawling along north like little burros on your way to some sort of burro convention or similar gathering!

Re: Ima From Outta Towna
Sun, January 25, 2004 - 9:18 PMI live in Renton. For years it was great. A 5 minute walk to the express bus each morning, 40 minutes later dropped off less than a block from work. <sigh> Those were the days. Someone else to do the driving, good friends to talk to, a chance to knit, read or nap. Then it happened. The company announced "We bought our own building and we're moving to Bellevue."
Now I'm one of the little burros crawling north, trying to get over the Kennydale Hill and through the I-90 interchange. Fate is too cruel. Pity me.

Re: Ima From Outta Towna
Fri, January 23, 2004 - 8:21 AMI live in Bothell, but I work in Seattle. I generally take the bus.
What's cool about where I live? Good schools, good neighbors. The husband moved to Bothell because his aging mother lived there, and he knew he would need to help her out as she got older. The kids could walk to school (instead of being bussed 45 minutes each way). We live in a more moderate political climate.
