Okay I know the title sounds bad, but I am the one that created the "425 Tribe". My name is Chase and I live in Everett. I founded this little tribe in hopes to find cool people to chat with. (and since there was only a 206 tribe....I figured why not!)
So just saying hi! I can't believe we are up to 9 members! Sweet!

Well, we Rentonian tribesmen have been having a blast here. Thanks for starting this tribe.

Sun, February 1, 2004 - 8:36 PMPardon me, but it's Rentonian Tribeswomen (or should that be Tribespeople, or tribesmen and tribeswomen or) dang this PC stuff is still beyond me! ;-)
PS. Thank you, oh Creator, for creating a place for us who believe the world extends beyond Seattle. -

Re: Hi From the Creator.....
Sun, February 1, 2004 - 8:40 PMGood Lord, didn't we have the *same* freaking discussion in Word Freaks??? Well if you're gonna bring it up, I propose "tribers" as a possibility.

Sun, February 1, 2004 - 8:44 PMThat was then, this is now. The moment is never the same twice. Tribers works for me (does this mean we're tribalistic?)

Re: Hi From the Creator.....
Wed, October 27, 2004 - 2:14 PMHey there, Chase! While I live in 206 my dad & step-mom are stedfastly in the 425 (in the Kirkland Highlands, cozied up right next to I-405). I left Anchorage years ago when my mom passed & moved in with said dad & step-mom, went to LWHS & got the hell out afterward. I see the parents at least once every two weeks, though...the drive up from Columbia City isn't so bad (our house is not terribly far from an I-90 ramp). I have many friends who made a big deal about leaving Everett, Snohomish County etc. & who now regularly go back to visit family or who have up & moved back.
